What Breakthrough Xclusive Brings to the World

Every time we end up a project, we receive so many warm words that our hearts just melt. We see lots of grateful smiles from those who watch our artists’ performances, we are proud that our clients are more than satisfied, but our impact is not only about that. It is also about job creation, about taking care of our artists, about boosting local economy, about making the team and even team family members happy.

Calculating Our Impact 

Just imagine: since 2014 we have delivered over 650 projects. If we take as an example just one event held this year, Little Asia, which took place in Jeddah, Breakthrough Xclusive brought 70 talented performers. They were part of our team for the time of the championship, and we were glad to take care about them, booking flights, accomodation, food and transfers, making them comfortable, providing everything necessary. Thus, we also contributed to the economy of the region, because when such projects are being delivered, entertainment agencies don’t just create jobs, they also pump money into local communities and the economy. We hire people, and those folks spend money at local businesses, from coffee shops to clothing stores, from transportation to medical services. 40 unique costumes were made specially for Little Asia performances, which means that we hired a team of tailors and designers. Many of the performers and tailors involved have families, this is why our impact is beyond the mentioned number of people. Over 120 people were hired for the project, including performers, choreographers, project managers, tailors, makeup artists and others. 

3 million guests visited the event, all of them making a contribution to local economy, buying tickets, food and other staff. 

And we have many projects of such scale a year, as well as bigger and smaller ones.

If we compare job creation impact of an entertainment booking company with those of, say, a factory, we will see, that the first one seems not so evident. However, if we think more attentively, we will find out that in fact, it is huge. 

The entertainment industry stands out as a sector that not only entertains but also empowers. We, as an entertainment booking agency, in particular, create a wide range of job opportunities. From actors, musicians, and dancers to behind-the-scenes roles like producers, directors, and technical staff, the spectrum of employment is vast.
