We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our entertainment agency family! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Gorlatova Daria, who brings a wealth of talent, expertise, and a truly global perspective to our team.

Daria is a multilingual powerhouse, fluent in English, Spanish and Russian. She can also speak German and Turkish, which makes her an incredible asset for our agency her an incredible asset for our agency as we continue to expand our reach and work with clients in the Middle East and from all corners of the world. Her ability to connect with people across cultures and languages is nothing short of remarkable, and we know this will elevate the way we communicate and collaborate with our clients and partners.

Daria was born in Tyumen, a big city in Russia, the so-called «gate to Siberia». People joke that Siberians are tempered and stress-resistant. Daria proves this: she has the ability to stay focused, think clearly, and make sound decisions even faced with tight deadlines and challenging tasks. 

Background 

Daria always liked languages. Her another passion from childhood was communication with people: she likes to speak, to answer questions, to help. That is why her position is the perfect one, both for Daria and for clients. Daria is our Dream World’s Communicator: she is always on the phone or in her email ready to answer all sorts of clients’ questions. In our job time is something extremely important: if you get an email, better answer it immediately. This is where Daria is champion, ready 24/7 to connect people across the globe through words. 

Daria has a university degree in linguistics and support of international activity. She studied several languages at university, and was always seeking ways to apply her knowledge, because the thing with languages is that if you do not speak, you forget it. As a student, she volunteered at Aiba World Boxing Championship, FIFA World Cup 2018, World Skills Championship, etc. After graduation Daria worked at Universiade 2023 as a manager for foreign delegations, being responsible for many things, from logistics of groups arriving to Russia to coordination of volunteers. Daria knows how to keep to high standards: her background includes accepting ministry delegations. 

It was then that she realized: her mission is to facilitate communication, to help people understand each other. For some time she worked in university but there missed something that she likes so much about working in events sphere: the result. For Dasha, the greatest reward is witnessing incredible ideas take shape: the long preparation of an event always results in a great show, which, in its turn, results in thousands smiles of the attendees. It truly fascinates her. 

Vocation Found 

When Daria tried job with our team last year, she realized: this is the thing! For some months she worked at our projects remotely, but soon both parties agreed that the best way is to have her in our Dubai office. It is from there that she now helps our clients, still traveling to other locations from time to time. 

Daria is happy to have found her way. She is highly motivated and sincere. She also likes to learn, which is a must in our job: Breakthrough Xclusive team should be always open to the new in order to make our clients shine.

With her background, Daria has a deep understanding of client relations, project management, and the entertainment industry as a whole. She brings a level of professionalism and passion that aligns perfectly with our agency’s values.
