Earth Harp booking fees are derived from many aspects, including current popularity, worldwide media exposure along with the demand at the moment of inquiry. Breakthrough will only discuss your offer with the Earth Harp's management once we receive your formal offer with the event budget and engagement specifications.

Travel and Hospitality expenses form an integral part of booking Earth Harp, these costs include but are not limited to Flights, Hotel bookings, Ground Transfers, Catering, etc. It's also important to note that certain Entertainers travel with their Management, HSE and Production team.

If you event is less than 1 month ahead, 100% upfront payment will apply upon contract
signing.
If you event is more than 1 month ahead, payment can be done in installments upon contract signing.

Upon the receipt of a RFP (Request for Proposal) BREAKTHROUGH will contact the management of Earth Harp to discuss your invitation. The acceptance of the same solely lies within the discretion of the artists as they receive multiple requests from all over the world. Keep in mind that if Earth Harp is available on the given date you will need to proceed with the booking immediately to make sure the date does not go to another inquirer.

All Entertainment booking agreements are solidified by binding legal contracts, lawyers from all parties are involved in the signing of every contract.
