Khaby Lame is the most-followed TikToker since June 2022.
His videos became known for being short comedy skits where he sarcastically points out people who complicate simple tasks for no reason at all.
Starting posting on TikTok in March 2020 during the lockdowns, in April 2021 he became №1 Italian TikToker. A month later, Lame's TikTok account was the 4th most-followed TikTok account worldwide. A year later, Lame became TikTok’s most followed creator in the world.
"Mr. Lame’s meteoric rise as a digital creator is especially noteworthy because his work lacks the polished production value associated with the most famous TikTok stars of today, many of whom have been embraced by Hollywood" wrote The New York Times.
His account has 148,3 million subscribers, which is raised organically without artificial growth like buying followers or views.
