/Donna Karan International has an excess of one hundred company-owned and licensed free standing Donna Karan Collection, DKNY, and DKNY Jeans stores worldwide. The first flagships opened in London – DKNY in 1994, and collection two years later. When the label launched, Karan was only designing women's apparel. It has since expanded to men’s, junior’s and children’s apparel, active wear, accessories and a home collection. Karan continues to serve as chairwoman.
Karan won the Coty American Fashion Critics’ Award in 1977 and once again in 1982. She was inducted into the Coty Hall Of Fame in 1984. The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) named her Menswear Designer of the Year 1992 and Womenswear Designer of the Year 1990 and 1996. She was a nominee for the latter again in 2003 and was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the CFDA in 2004. Karan's Urban Zen Initiative, founded in 2007, is the culmination of Karan's philanthropic efforts, which was founded to create a working structure for advancing wellness, preserving culture and empowering children.

Celebrity booking fees are derived from many aspects, including current popularity, career stage along with the demand at the moment of inquiry. Breakthrough Xclusive will only discuss your offer with Donna Karan's management once we receive your formal offer with the event budget and engagement specifications.
Travel and Hospitality expenses form an integral part of booking a Celebrity, these costs include but are not limited to first class flights, 5 star hotel bookings, limousine services, private catering, etc. Its also important to note that certain Celebrities travel with their Family, Management and Production team.
If you event is less than 6 months ahead, 100% upfront payment will apply upon contract signing.
If you event is more than 6 months ahead, payment can be done in installments upon contract signing.
A formal offer will need to be signed between your organization and BREAKTHROUGH Xclusive first, before presenting the offer to Donna Karan. The acceptance of the offer solely lies within the discretion of the Celebrity as they receive multiple requests on a daily basis from all over the world. If your budget does not factor that in, they may pursue an alternate invitation instead. We do not personally speak for Donna Karan, but in our experience rejections are usually the outcome of insufficient funding.
All final Donna Karan’s booking agreements are solidified by binding legal contracts, lawyers from all parties are involved in the signing of every contract.
